Welcome Coaches!

        Interested but never coached before? Do not worry because we’ve got your back! If you have questions - email us and we will help answer any and all questions, as well as give tips and tricks on how to bring out your inner coach! Once you have signed up we will provide rules for the various divisions of Babe Ruth.

       New Coaches must complete a Background Check, Abuse Prevention Systems, and Coaching Education Certification. You will be able to find these requirements by clicking your profile and clicking ‘view membership’.

        Returning Coaches we will check on your status within our system to see if any of your certificates have expired or if you will need to run a new background check. Please keep an eye on your email address that you used to register as a coach. Most emails will come from our Communications Manager, Mary Isdell at dyblcommunications@gmail.com.

       After you have filled out your coaching information, we will be in touch with any information or certificate links/background check links needed. Please make sure you provide an email address that you check frequently! (We cannot reiterate that enough!)

       As a thank-you for volunteering, coaches get the first child’s registration waived. Any additional children can be registered at the discounted rate of $45 each. Any coaches who register after February 28 will not receive the ‘first child registration fee waived.’ February 28 will be the deadline for any registration fee refund. After February 28, DYBL will no longer provide a refund as uniforms will be in the process of being purchased.

       DYBL is completely run by volunteers and we are grateful to anyone who is able and willing to donate their time and energy to this league. Thank you!
